平台定位#

“向归”是一个致力于哀伤支持与生命教育的公益平台。

我们通过心理科普、团体支持、科技纪念等多元方式，帮助丧亲者重建与逝者的关系，重新找寻生命意义，带着哀伤继续生活。同时，我们倡导健康的生死观，引导大众理解生命的有限与珍贵，让告别不止于哀痛，而成为深情的链接，让前行不止于遗忘，而是带着爱与回忆继续生活。

“这是一场双向的旅程，逝者归于宁静，而生者带着思念继续前行。有人选择温柔地回望，有人选择坚定地迈步，无论是相向还是相背，终究都会在爱中找到归处。”

个人简介#

周宁宁，华东师范大学明园晨晖学者，北京师范大学临床与咨询方向博士，瑞士苏黎世大学心理病理与临床干预方向联合培养博士，2021年入选上海市浦江人才计划。研究方向为丧亲与哀伤。目前发表SSCI / SCI / CSSCI论文30余篇，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、博士后面上项目若干。担任Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy、Global and Health、Psychological trauma theory research practice and policy等期刊审稿人。目前为中国心理学会注册系统心理师（伦理公示），主要采用认知行为疗法结合人本主义进行工作，擅长领域包括：临终关怀与哀伤辅导，焦虑类心理困扰，轻中度抑郁，个人成长议题等。
